Adrienne was very motivated and knew what it took to get this house in a great shape to sell and to find the right buyers. There were no obstacles that Adrienne could not overcome. She has a large network of very qualified plumbers, carpenters, etc that were ready to assist us whenever needed. ZillowVERIFIEDI bless the day that Adrienne Siegel and her company, Strawberry Hill Real Estate, were recommended to me. If I ever have the privilege of buying again, Adrienne and Strawberry Hill Real Estate will be my first and only call. I've purchased properties three times in the past, yet have never done so fully on my own, financially. I entered the process quite nervous, frankly, a bit fearful and with a list of unending questions. Not only did Adrienne ask me to come in within a day or two of my first call to her, but she had properties lined up to visit by that weekend! My visions were huge, my limitations were many and I was unsure if I could 'do this', financially. However, Adrienne was consistent and full of faith that 'we' would find the right property and that she would be able to make it happen. She is responsive, available, flexible, creative and exhibits the knowledge of 40+ years in the field, with ease. She quelled my anxiety repeatedly and responded to and answered every single one of my many, many phone calls, texts and emails. She goes above and beyond as displayed by her early morning messages, midday correspondences and even evening emails: "This just came on the market, when can I take you to see it? Just let me know and I'll put it together!" We even had some 'same day' viewings! Upon walking into listings, Adrienne seemed to know within minutes, as to whether the listing might work or would not work, for me. Not only had she listened carefully to all my hopes and visions, she coupled those with what she saw in the property and would share, candidly, her thoughts on how the property would fit/might not fit my world. And lastly, and of huge importance to me, Adrienne is fun! She Made This Process Fun! She is a fabulous communicator and is extremely attentive. I never wondered what was happening next as she had already told me what would happen next. I was never unable to find her. Her willingness to be available impressed me to the point that I didn't want to overuse it and she told me that that would never happen. And back to.....she is fun! Adrienne made me laugh. She made me laugh a lot! I needed those laughs as they took the edge off my worry and my trepidation. I happily looked forward to my conversations with Adrienne and she helped me feel comfortable with how much I did not know and/or understand. I must mention the team, which included Peter and Joanna and their availability, consistency and follow-through. Strawberry Hill Real Estate is very obviously an office filled with caring and respect for clients and for each other, as well. Lastly, again, don't forget the fun! Adrienne made this process fun, which I'd never known before. Not to sound too exuberant, yet, I am so very grateful to Adrienne and to Strawberry Hill Real Estate.

All of the hard work fell to Adrienne and our daughter-in-law, both of whom performed spectacularly. We got our asking price within 45 days.
