We are first-time Cape home buyers, and Maureen helped us every step of the way, from advising us about the specifics of multiple Cape towns, villages and neighborhoods, including traffic, activities and regulations, to connecting us with various service providers who also were instrumental to our purchase. She followed up with several service providers herself, making our lives easier and less stressful. Our situation was particularly challenging as it was conducted entirely during the coronavirus pandemic, sudden summer boom in buyer demand, and while we were not even in Massachusetts! We put a call in to her on a Friday afternoon asking if she would be willing to represent us as first time homebuyers and if she could arrange for us to see several homes for sale over the weekend. Sent her an email and received a very warm and welcoming email back. She found houses for us to look at and we met her one weekend to start our look.
