ZillowVERIFIED It all started in February when Paul was recommended to me as the best realtor on the Cape. Did I think it would be true? No. Did it become true! Absolutely! We are first time buyers and honestly not really sure what to do, where to look, how to find our home. We found few houses that we like on Zillow, shared them with Paul and he got us appointments right away. Few more open houses from him, and there it was - our home was found, the offer was accepted. He provided all the information about the further steps we need to make, then followed them with us. No matter how busy his schedule was, he was ALWAYS there for us if we had any questions or concerns. Always there when we had inspections or walk throughs on the schedule that was convenient for us, never said "I can't, I have something else"! If you need efficient, honest, professional realtor - you found it! He will not leave you disappointed or unsatisfied!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul listened to my description of the home I was looking for. He also brought ideas and alternatives up for me to think about. He certainly knows the areas, the pro's and the con's. He never pushed anything, but did bring out features that I missed. He was great on the actual processes of putting the offer in at a reasonable price, evaluating the counter offer and advising me on my response. He doest't waste time. Whatever needs to get done is done. His knowledge, insights, work ethic and honesty were exceptional. He also has great referrals for work that may need to be done including a terrific attorney. His willingness to follow- up after the closing shows his commitment to his client's success in finding a great new home. I would recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul Beatty was an absolute pleasure to work with. My boyfriend and I looked around here and there at houses on our own and when we were interested in one we contacted him. Paul walked through the home with us and provided details about that home and what he thought we could get it for in terms of an offer as well as what it was actually worth. Paul works incredibly fast and we had an offer in and accepted that very day. Getting all the paper work done in a timely fashion was a breeze because Paul would actually drive to our various places of employment to get our signatures on documents and explain to us what can be a confusing and stressful process with loan companies, banks, inspectors, etc. Paul was always just a call or text away and always getting back to us in a timely manner as well as reminding us when paperwork had to be in. Lastly, although we were probably the people most excited about closing on our first home, Paul was a close second. In fact, I don't think I will ever erase the friendly, happy voice message he left he me letting me know that all the paperwork had gone threw and we were officially homeowners. It is obvious that he takes pleasure in helping his clients find the perfect home for them. We are happy to report that our relationship with Paul continues now because he recently found us a "steal" of an investment property that we plan to rent out for some additional income. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Paul Beatty was a very positive one right from the start. He told me that he was working for me, the buyer, not the seller. He listened to me as far as what I wanted and price range. After my first tour of homes, and reality check, he was able to understand who I was and what I wanted. He then sent me the properties that would meet my needs. When my daughter and I went down to the Cape to see the again, he was again very organized and had a tour of homes custom chosen for me, one of which I did buy. It was the right one. Paul was able to negotiate the deal within 24 hours at a good price, and chose the right closing date. He was able to guide me through the buying process, so the closing went through on time and seamlessly! He was able to give me the heads up on who to call with phone #'s for utility changes and the local amenities. He is calm and cool, and made sure that my house was all about what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. It was so reassuring to be able to count on Paul for the right guidance. I would highly recommend his professional services!
