ZillowVERIFIED Chris was a tremendous help in the sale of a very challenging property. It was my first time selling, and he was always someone I felt I could lean on. He was always easy to get in touch with, always felt like he had my best interests at heart, and, in the end, helped me get as much for the property as I realistically could have hoped. Rest assured, he'll be a fantastic asset for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is an excellent realtor. He was instrumental in helping us buy our Dream House. Viewings and appointments were set up in a timely manor, and he always accompanied us in person to guide and explain things to us if we had any questions. He is very knowledgeable about the market, and the process of buying property. Additionally, Chris is very well connected with people and resources and will gladly help his clients with connecting them to these resources. He provided us referrals to lenders, inspectors, and lawyers as we were navigating the buying process. After we bought the house, he helped us find a reliable contractor for renovation work. Very easy to work with and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure we got a home that we love.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was wonderful to work with: he understood our needs and never strayed from trying to help us meet them. He worked with us from our initial foray into the market in mid-late June through our late October closing, providing tireless support, encouragement, and enthusiasm, and always was able to draw on a deep well of professional experience. In fact, he has continued to be a significant resource to us in the three months since we moved into our new place. My wife and I recommend him very highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is a top notch real estate professional! I contacted him and was great from the get-go. To put this into perspective as to how hard he works for you. I signed the contract and within hours we worked together and put a strategy and timeline into place. Within 1-2 weeks, he found multiple buyers of which was getting above my asking sales price. He doesn't beat around the bush and at the same time, he works with your schedule and puts your interests first. Truly one of a kind professional and I enjoyed every minute and step of the process which many of you may know can be a daunting and stressful process. HE MADE IT EASY FOR ME. I will certainly use him in the future and highly recommend him to my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only was Chris super direct, kind, and honest with me about the purchasing process of my dream co-op in Manhattan but he literally held my hand through the arduous paper trail. Chris helped keep me grounded and excited about the process reminding me that it would all work out no matter what. I deeply appreciated that and him! An incredible support on any purchase Chris is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is an incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and motivated realtor. His wealth of information will help either a buyer or seller. He helped me as a seller navigate a very challenging sales transaction for my condo in Manhattan. Fortunately, the sale finally closed due to his resolve and persistence after months of stagnation on the buyer?s part. He?s also a great sounding board and will listen patiently as well as execute your requests. It?s clear that Chris?s goal is to serve his client and he does so with enthusiasm. I highly recommend him, especially if your transaction ends up being complicated.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is very hands on, more so than other agents I?ve met/spoke to. The NYC market is a bit more complicated and has more nuances and rules than other parts of the country and he does a great job explaining how things work. I would definitely recommend him to a first timer or even someone more experienced as he?s quite organized. Don?t be afraid to ask for his opinion or advice; he pulls on a wealth of experience to give you good context and information. Real estate is still an opaque industry and it?s good fo have a friend on the inside as he can bring more insight than your own research and data alone.

ZillowVERIFIED NYC - Ive had nothing but great experiences with Chris. Hes one of the few brokers Ive encountered that works with and understands my budget/restrictions and sends me great listings that fit within them.Hes also not out to make a sale, hes out for me. On more than one occasion I was dead set ready to purchase a property when Chris finds issues that wouldve landed me deep in the sinkhole. Im recommending Chris to family and friends, and would recommend him to you too.
