ZillowVERIFIED Working with Dan and Darci was just terrific. Absolutely professional at every turn. They say their going to call, they call. They say they'll be there at 3:30, they're there at 3:25. They both know a ton about stuff that's in a house (hvac, septics, roofs, gutters, windows, decks, landscape, plumbing, etc.) Best thing is they were straight with us about and pointed out things that may become a problem (water damage, wood rot, unsafe decking, etc.)They sold our old house for us in 4 hours for better than asking price. That was a huge relief. They recommended an attorney that was very fair and was excellent as well. They know their stuff, not pushy, respectful of our time, know what's what and who's who on the Cape. A+ rating as far as I'm concerned.

We originally listed our home for sale to relocate out of state, but when the relocation did not work out, Dan was by my husband's side daily to find the perfect home for our family. ZillowVERIFIED Dan and Darci were exceptional real estate brokers as they went above and beyond what brokers/agents typically do. I had move off Cape so Dan and Darci offered their help me get the home in top shape for open houses. Dan got all the smoke detectors up and operational and ready for inspection. Changed light bulbs, vacuumed the floors, found owners for furniture and home decorations that I wasn't taking with me, got me a dumpster, found me an electrician and a plumber, hired me a pest exterminator and even did some touch up paint work. There's more I am sure but this is what I can remember.Along with the offering to help, they are friendly, accommodating and easy going. Lot's of open house traffic most every weekend to. This team is not afraid to go to work for you.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I always talked about either adding an addition to our house or to potentially move to a bigger house. So we just started looking around and then we saw what homes around us were asking for. My wife and I thought that they were asking way too much for what was comparable to our house. We started our conversation with Dan and Darci and they couldn't have been more professional and positive about the sale of our house. It wasn't the easiest of situations because everything was contingent upon us selling our house and having a seller accept our offer on a new house. Or a whole situation was extremely time sensitive and stressful to have everything come together. Dan and Darci went above and beyond along with Sarah Rock. They scheduled showings every weekend. The communication was spot-on. Our questions were always answered. We trusted them in their decision-making. We were able to sell our house for a price we were happy with. We were able to move into a new house that we love. We closed on the old house and new house within hours of each other. Bottom line is that their group had a difficult task and they got it done. We obviously would highly recommend the Gervais group. And Just for kicks before I wrote this review I double checked the homes that we initially looked at around our area. It seems as if our house is the only house that has sold in that area since August (4 months). That in itself shows that the Gervais group is doing it right.

They developed a comprehensive sales program to get the information out to the right audience who might be interested in buying. My property was a high end sale with unique features not typical for the Cape, so I was worried that it would not make it in front of the right buyer and would take a very long time to sell, but Dan and Darci took fabulous pictures, arranged a broker tour and got the rod out! The house had a cash offer in 2 weeks and we closed in 4 weeks! I don't think any other brokers could have done that. They handled multiple personality issues, septic issues, and closing issues with grace and I could not have sold it without them. They were hard-working, friendly and thoughtful. Easily approachable and available. I highly recommend them and when I am in the market to sell again or buy another house - they will be the ones that I call!
