References to other professionals, eg: insurance, were always first rate. He actually conducted a home tour on-line while we watched and asked questions back in Albany. (We bought the place). He knew each houses story: both the seller and the neighborhood. He found the equilibrium point for both my wife and I, and, that wasnt easy because we had differing opinions. ZillowVERIFIED I was living out of state and had an interest in potentially purchasing a property on Cape Cod but had no realtor contact there. When I found a property I wanted to know more about, I pursued the path in the Zillow application that connected me to Kevin. He was friendly, asked lots of questions to learn what type of home I was looking for and ended up performing several video tour appointments for homes we were serious about. He was always patient, honest with his perspectives, and didnt push us at all. He went the extra step to refer me to co workers when he was out of town. He extended himself further by giving me a ride during one showing when I didnt have transportation. In the end, it took a little over a year of persistent looking, reviewing, researching to find the right home for us. Kevin always maintained a positive and cheerful attitude and I felt like he gave his full attention whenever we found a prospective home- even though we lived miles away.

I reached out to Tanya months in advance of moving to Massachusetts from California to start the process. Tanya reached out to me several times before I arrived in Massachusetts and provided a world of useful advice which set my mind at ease. Once I arrived she worked magic, getting me into viewings some of which were outside the strict open-house hours. I appreciated this as it let me view the homes without crowds to distract me from the viewings. When it came time to make offers Tanya's advice and negotiation skills were a life saver in this crazy market.
