ZillowVERIFIEDMarie was instrumental in helping us to buy our dream home due to her unmatched knowledge of the area, long-standing relationships with real estate and service professionals in the region and willingness to go the extra mile when negotiating. After closing our purchase, she then applied her same magic in selling our prior home quickly, efficiently and for a great price. Marie was communicative and offered spot-on advice throughout both processes and I'm confident that neither would have happened as effectively, if at all, without her. I can't recommend Marie Souza more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie Souza and her team helped my husband and I find the perfect home for us both personally and financially. In a market where things were going on the market and sold within 24 hours, Marie Souza and her team went above and beyond for us. Always honest and direct we felt extremely comfortable and never pressured with the home buying process as first time home buyers. Marie Souza and her team know that buying a home is one of the most important investments a person can make and they patiently answered every little minute question we had, which was A LOT! Marie and her team really cared about finding the right fit for us and truly cared for our long term happiness in our decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Marie and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Marie Souza was attentive, knowledgeable, and prompt from the start. What was more striking, however, was her patience. My partner and I must of looked at ten houses over a matter of many months. Marie stayed the course with us as we searched for the perfect home. She then negotiated an excellent buying price for the home we finally fell in love with. Hands down, I would recommend Marie Souza and her team if anyone is either looking to buy or sell a home on the Cape.

ZillowVERIFIED I was living in Boston when I decided I wanted to relocate to Cape Cod permanently. I remember deciding I wanted the home in February of 2015 and closed on a house in March of the same year. Marie took the time to show me the houses I was interested in very quickly and from there we made a decision on which house I would purchase. Not being from the area, Marie was quite helpful giving me insights on different parts of the Cape from beaches to night life and it helped me pick the area that was right for me.I've been in my home for almost 3 years now and just love it. I am glad I had Marie to help me find my home and will contact her again when I want to sell it.Thanks Marie!!

ZillowVERIFIED Marie and her team *KNOW* the area in which they work (Barnstable/Hyannis/Centerville), they don't simply have vague ideas or misguided conceptions, and that holds true for all aspects of their profession. Their finger is on the pusle of the market. They know what sells, what doesn't sell and - not many RE "professionals" can claim this - *WHY*. They don't suggest off-the-wall list prices when you list with them and they know when a property is overpriced. They listen to your needs and concerns and make realistic suggestions on how to best move a property. In a word, impressive.
