Selling my house should I decorate for the holidays??
Selling my house - should I decorate for the holidays? I don't want it to be cluttered and honestly would like to pack it all away. But I also don't want to miss the holiday feels. And will it help homebuyers to come it and feel at home if it's decorated?

If you are in the holiday spirit and feel the desire to decorate then by all means, you should decorate. Decorating will not make or break a transaction and it does make people feel good this time of year. As you mentioned, watch that you do not over clutter the house. Christmas trees and decorations can take up a lot of space in a home.
If you are hoping to buy a house, you likely have a budget in mind. Hopefully, that budget includes fees that come with the process, not just the purchase price. The good news for buyers is that they aren't directly responsible for paying their agent. Agent fees usually fall on the seller.
