If you want a realtor that cares, is down to earth and thinks outside of the box Arica is your girl. She goes the extra mile to sell your place. Selling my house should I decorate for the holidays??

If you are in the holiday spirit and feel the desire to decorate then by all means, you should decorate. Decorating will not make or break a transaction and it does make people feel good this time of year. As you mentioned, watch that you do not over clutter the house. Christmas trees and decorations can take up a lot of space in a home.
