With so many realtors to choose from in Williamson County, it can be challenging to find the right one. Paula is an excellent choice. If you're fortunate enough to have her as your realtor, you can expect someone who will diligently work to find exactly what you are looking for. She is non-judgmental and only shares her opinions when asked. Paula is not pushy and won't try to persuade you into anything. She and her team made the entire purchase one of the least stressful home purchases we have been through. Although we don't plan to move from the house she helped us purchase, if we ever do, we would definitely hire Paula again as our realtor.

I cannot speak highly enough about Paula. I am relocating to Nashville from Los Angeles and start to finish she has made this process as easy as possible. I had a lot of complicated factors to deal with in association with my move (including finding a private school for my daughter) and was totally unfamiliar with the Nashville area. Paula was friendly, warm, and knowledgeable - just what I needed to help calm my nerves. Throughout the process, I felt extremely well taken care of. She listened to what I wanted, found and showed me many great houses, and never wasted my time with houses or areas she knew were not the right fit for me. Working from afar was never an issue with her. She sent me emails and texts and spent several full days with us when we came to town looking at properties, showing us various neighborhoods, and explaining the pros and cons of each area which gave me a great feel for the city in a very short period of time. When it came time to negotiate the deal, Paula was relentless and didn't stop pushing until we got the very best deal possible. Since I was back in LA, she handled all of the inspections on my behalf and made the closing a breeze. And because we closed on the house a month prior to our move to Nashville, Paula and her team were invaluable with helping us maintain and set up the house before we got there. Paula delivers complete "white glove" service from start to finish. I feel very lucky that I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Nashville area. If you are relocating from out of state, you absolutely NEED a specialized, full service agent to make your transition as smooth as possible and Paula is simply THE BEST!
