I had the absolute PRIVILEGE to have Paula, Chris, and their team as my agents. I just bought my first home and they were so patient and informative so that I had all my (probably dumb) questions answered and they provided me with information I would have had no idea to even ask about! They made such a huge (and scary) milestone as easy as possible and were just the absolute nicest individuals you will ever meet. They were always very prompt with responses and it was very clear they knew the area and the market. 10/10 recommend!!

I was being relocated for work to Nashville and my company originally assigned me an agent who was totally your steryotypical agent in a booming market. I asked around and was referred to Paula. Making this move solo, to a new city was stressful enough, and to be honest I was skeptical of most anyone because everything seemed rushed and boarderline panicked in the Nashville market! However, Paula was different. Paula not only took the time to be certified with my relo company, but went above and beyond from day one. She gave fair and balanced advice, listened, and presented facts and figures in way that was easy for me to digest. I knew Paula was always "on it" with deadlines and her follow-up was always spot on. In short I felt I could really trust her. Admittedly, I wasn't an easy client, I wanted to learn everything, see everything, and I was indecisive. Paula was supportive and understanding and she found me exactly what I was looking for. I'm brutially hobest in reviews and I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Buying a home is stressful, moving is stressful, but Paula will help you keep your sanity in the insane Nashville market.

AMAZING is the best word to use to describe Paula Adams. She not only encouraged me to ask for more money when I sold my house (we got sooooo much more!!!) with her but she helped me get a steal of a deal on my new home since it had sat on the Market for 6 months. She answered ALL of my SILLY questions without issue (or laughing). It has been almost a year since I moved in and she still helps me with homeowner questions that I don't understand. Her customer service is beyond reproach. Any detail you need her to find out about, she will.Her knowledge of Williamson County is stellar.
