ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany and her team assisted my wife and I when we sold one home and bought another in South Nashville. In fact, when we were looking for her home, it was her team that called us and said "Hey guys, we know you have been seeing a lot of listings come your way, but check out this one. We think this is what you guys are looking for". Sure enough, we walked in and it was the one. They helped us negotiate a contract into our range, and then assisted us when we went to renovate our house (the results are amazing). When we sold our house, Tiffany talked to us about pricing our house and with her knowledge of the area, she let us decide whether we wanted to move quickly or whether we wanted to wait for the ultimate offer. She was great help when staging the house, and it moved quick (like we wanted)...like 5 days quick (and that is because we were waiting for multiple offers to come in).This team is great, and we highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Most realtors are not heard from after the sale and move in. Not Tiffany. They treat you like family and you are a part of theirs after the sale and beyond. Consistent communication throughout the year and then you are invited to their home every year for food trucks and fun at their expense! Who does that ? I am retired from a fortune 50 company and I would hire anyone from the Fykes group at our company. They know how to run a great business.We are in the process of looking for a house and are once again working with their group. Don't look anywhere else just go to Fykes. They were very educational, walked us through what you do to create the best bid on a home, how to best get the attention of the seller. They helped us understand the value propositions in different neighborhoods in the area we were looking for. With it being our first home, and the ultimate goal being that we wanted to eventually upgrade and turn our home into a rental property, they helped us navigate the intersection of buying a home first but wanting an investment property as well. They helped us find a beautiful home that we currently love, but are confident will grow as an investment at the top of the market and will be a great supplemental income rental property for us in a few years. They are truly a family business with a culture and core values that shine throughout each of the home buying stages. I wouldn't recommend anyone else as your Real Estate Broker. I know the Fykes personally and they have more combined expert experience in real estate law, home flipping, property management, and the Greater Nashville market than any of the major Brokers I spoke to when looking for an agent. They are honest and have incredible customer service when it comes to follow-up and making sure the questions you aren't thinking of are getting asked.

She didn't sell my house in one day BUT I did have two offers after the first weekend on the market. They reviewed the offers with me and I accepted an offer above the listing price! Tiffany and Josh Fykes worked with me during all phases of the closing process and were on top of everything. They stayed in touch and walked me through step by step. We had a last minute delay in the closing due to the buyers bank, and I had my move scheduled. I could not change the date so Josh handled the closing for me. Nathan has been so responsive and always gets right back to us as soon as he can. We never had to wait for anyone in your office in this whole process. I love knowing that my agent is proactive and a go getter. Tabby did a great job helping me know how to stage my house and get ready to sell. And she sold it in 4 days! She helped set the expectations and didn't rush me but at the same time let me know the advantages of moving the process along quickly. This move is a huge milestone for our family. It is emotional to leave the home we came home to after our honeymoon and the home where we brought our daughters to after the hospital.
