ZillowVERIFIEDKate Goeringer was everything you want in a listing agent; knowledgeable, responsive, and completely in your corner from day one. She listed our 20+ acre property in Sumner County at the right price, launched the marketing with professional photos and a compelling description, and we were under contract at full asking price within 48 hours of going active. The engagement numbers before we even had professional photos up told us immediately that she knew what she was doing. Kate navigated the inspection negotiations, stayed on top of every deadline, and kept the process moving cleanly all the way to a smooth October 1st closing. Her team, including Kimberly who managed the transaction coordination, was equally professional and communicative throughout. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Kate and Brick Realty without hesitation.

Kate walked us through the entire process, being there to help break things down and explain. Kate went above and beyond for our family! ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough great things about working with Kate Goeringer, Realtor with Brick Realty in Franklin, TN. We purchased a new construction investment property in Poplar Farms, Franklin, using a 1031 exchange, which can be a very complex real estate transactionaEUR"but Kate handled everything flawlessly. From coordinating with the builder (Meritage Homes) to managing timelines, contracts, and communication, Kate made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though she doesnt typically handle rentals, she went above and beyond to help us since we were out-of-state buyers and successfully found a qualified tenant within just 3 days of listing the property for rent. Kate is knowledgeable, proactive, and extremely well-versed in Franklin TN real estate, investment properties, and Middle Tennessee market conditions. If youre looking for a trusted Franklin TN real estate agent, we highly recommend Kate Goeringer.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first-time home buyers with a million questions and uncertainties, and Kate Goeringer made the entire process feel easy and even fun! She wasnt just our agent - she was a coach, an advocate and most importantly a friend. From the very first showing to sitting next to us at the closing table, she was by our side every step of the way! Kate fought for us and gave us real bargaining power that we wouldnt have had on our own. She explained everything clearly, guided us through every decision with patience and confidence, and always made us feel supported. If you want someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond, Kate is the one you want in your corner. We couldnt recommend her more!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was simply amazing. She was incredibly patient and helpful during the course of assisting us in selling our sisters Townhouse. There were some extenuating circumstances that she very professionally and competently handled, considering the situation. She was patient, encouraging, and ultimately successful in listing and selling our home. She made the transaction as smooth as could be. She was honest about the market and guided us in our decision making. Without reservation, I would again contact her to help us out with any future real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED After spending 20 years in CA, we decided it was time for a change and decided to move to TN. Over the course of a year, we made a few trips out to test the different seasons and explore the surrounding cities of Nashville. Most importantly, we wanted to find a realtor that we felt comfortable with especially since we'd be out of state for a lot of the process. Kate Goeringer @ Brick Realty checked all the boxes for us. Firstly, Kate always made her availability to us a high priority. She spent a good amount of time learning exactly what we wanted in regards to styles, location, amenities, etc. She also explained the differences between the various counties, which we have learned is a truly marketable feature. Lake property combined with newer construction was our goal and Kate would continually send us specific listings that met our needs, while filtering ones that didn't check all the boxes for us. While searching remotely, if there was a property that got our attention, Kate would drive out and make a detailed video tour for us that included the surrounding areas so we had a good idea of what a particular neighborhood might be like. It was nice to see that Kate was on top of using new technology and was able to deliver us those videos using Dropbox and mobile technologies when needed. Upon finding the property that checked all the boxes for us, Kate jumped in and made all the necessary appointments for things like inspections, communication with the sellers, etc. Making a purchase like this under remote conditions can be difficult but Kate made the entire process go smoothly. Her support team was also very accommodating and helpful with information and documents that we needed along the way. We hope that if any friends join us in TN they'll go with Kate to find their perfect house!

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second time working with Kate - and once again, she was amazing. When we had the opportunity to relocate permanently to Nashville we had a lot of constraints: close to work/daughter, single floor living for MIL, shop space for husband, private office space for on-line teaching. Things moved so fast, we had to make the purchase remotely and Kate was with us every step of the way. She found us the ideal house for our needs in a great location - and then helped us navigate the bidding war to get it. She's knowledgable, market savvy, a great listener, incredibly patient, and an extremely competent, caring person to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Kate through a friend and I am so glad I did. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me find the house I wanted. She negotiated me a better price and was able to get me money towards some repairs the house. I couldn't be happier with how professional and personable Kate is. If you are looking for a house in middle Tennessee call Kate. You won't be sorry.

ZillowVERIFIED A cross-country purchase, during the pandemic, in one of the hottest real estate markets in the country - our recent Nashville purchase could have been a disaster. Fortunately for us, we had Kate Goeringer on our side. Kate did an amazing job helping us navigate the market. She quickly helped us hone in on our real needs, focus on properties that met them, and come up with a winning strategy for making an offer. She was always readily available (even when on vacation!), and was always pleasant, competent, and there for us. I can whole-heartedly recommend Kate and look forward to working with her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be happier with the job Kate did for us. Her expert guidance and professional management of our home purchase process was truly immeasurable. We were moving to TN from another state and had limited time to find a house and navigate the demands of a long distance move. Kate was able to find the perfect house, successfully negotiate on our behalf, facilitate logistics to meet our closing needs, and provide local information as requested. Kates extensive knowledge, impeccable work ethic, and tireless attention to our needs, sets her apart from all others. We highly recommend Kate and would use her again in a heartbeat.
