ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently had the luck of working with Amber to purchase a home. We live across the country and were purchasing a rental, so we presented her with a challenging situation. Using Amber to purchase the home was by far the best decision. Not only did she line up two days of back to back showings so I could get a sense of different cities, neighborhoods, and price points, she also gave us rent estimates and repair estimates. She is a boss. When it game time to make an offer, we were under a tight timeline. She helped us zero in on the neighborhood and find a home. From there she negotiated unbelievably well and we are beyond thrilled with the result. I cant believe we were lucky enough to work with her and we cant wait to work with her and her team again. A truly seamless process that exceeded my expectations in every way.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber and her team were excellent to work with! They are very knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and are always working to provide an exceptional experience throughout every step of the home-buying process. The personal touch that they place on their service is unlike any other "customer service" that I have experienced in the purchasing or selling of property. I would highly recommend Amber and her team to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate of any type. The Stormberg Group is truly incredible!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I kind of stumbled on to Shawn. He was the realtor that had the listing for our new home. From the beginning, he was thoughtful, helpful, kind, thorough, went out of his way to problem solve, excellent in every way. Purchasing a home is intimidating. There are so many layers and details that go into it. Shawn made our process smooth and quick and went above and beyond to explain any questions we had. From the time we contacted him to see the home, to the time of closing, was a mere 4 weeks. The closing was quick and peaceful. Stormberg Group's office felt like home. The staff were friendly and kind. We were amazed with the process and felt so comfortable. Shawn has said he is all about win-wins, and that is the absolute truth! In the future, we will seek out Shawn and Stormberg for any of our realty needs. We appreciate them and everything they did for us! Shawn, thanks for being the absolute best!

ZillowVERIFIED You would be silly not to use Blake! He was knowledgeable, super responsive, and helped make buying a house easier than we thought it would be. We were moving from out of state, and it was such a relief to have an agent we could depend on to stay on top of things so we could focus on the other details of getting relocated. Thats the mark of a true professional agent in my opinion.

ZillowVERIFIED Monica and Stormberg Group are the best Middle Tennessee has to offer. Their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We enlisted Monica to both sell our home and buy the new one. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. She even helped keep our kids occupied while we looked at houses. I've recommended Stormberg Group to everyone I know. They are true professionals and genuinely nice people. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We've dealt with quite a few realtors over the years and Amber is a pro's pro. Her team offered us suggestions on staging our home that we would never have considered otherwise. She was available day or night to talk us through decisions and even meet us to shop and advise on decor items. In the end, Amber got us two offers the first day on the market and both were in excess of what we imagined. Highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED Amber Stormberg & her team worked relentlessly to quickly sell my home and in turn quickly get an offer in on my new home. Amber worked MAGIC! Navigating the issues that come with real estate in this market can be difficult. Amber knows the area well, is an intelligent negotiator, and has contacts to help through each step. She and her team never dropped the ball during the entire process. And, I can say they are still there for you after the sale/purchase. She's always doing something fun to show her true appreciation.

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased a home with Amber AND I have helped my best friend, who was disabled, sell her home thru Amber. She is by FAR the BEST agent I have ever used. I had sold a few homes before and this was my 3rd home to buy and she made it so easy. She worked out every detail. Our home had multiple offers on the night before I was to leave the country for mission work and she got things buttoned up and we got the home of our dreams! She even worked out special things for our closing with my business travel getting in the way. To this very day, 4 years later, she STILL remembers us every Halloween, July 4th and Christmas. I have ONLY positive things to say about Amber and her team! She is VERY knowledgeable and she is there when you need her.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber and team sold our starter home for top dollar and helped us manage building a slightly larger family home. As someone who works in financial services I understand the value of expertise and drive as well as customer engagement and personal touch. Amber and team balance these characteristics extremely well. She was professionally aggressive with the builder when needed and gentle and patient with us when needed. An excellent experience and someone I can while heartedly recommend.
