As first time homebuyers and house-hunting from another state, we certainly needed a significant amount of guidance and support. Allen was up for the challenge and coordinated a whirlwind weekend of viewings (our decision) that culminated in an accepted offer on our first-choice home in the Crieve Hall area. Yet even beyond the process of seeing the homes, Allen's team supported and guided us all the way to closing and beyond. The coronavirus pandemic began shortly after we met the first time. Before starting the process, I needed to take time to see what the coronavirus meant for the perspective of a buyer before moving ahead. Allen understood and was available when I felt the time was right. In the end, I sold it for a higher price point (justifying his commission) than I thought at the time - September of 2020. Isn't that what an agent's purpose is supposed to be? As a seller, it's important to interpret an agent's word, form your own conclusions and be aware of the specifics, but Allen is a extraordinary teammate through a nerve-racking process.
