Josh and his team Rebecca and Stephanie are fabulous From consultation to the selling of our property they were knowledgeable professional and friendlyMy mother passed and as the executor of the estate I needed to sell her house What set Josh and his team apart were their experience and knowledge not just of the real estate market but the probate process Before we even started discussing the house Josh walked me through common issues that arise with probate and gave me excellent suggestions to make the process smoothOnce we listed the house Josh was patient in talking to not only me but my two brothers out of state He provided his advice as our realtor but also listened to our thoughts on how to proceed he always respected our input in the process and did not try to push any plan he thought was best That made us comfortable with the entire process and we felt comfortable then taking Joshs advice and counsel And at the end of the day what he anticipated would happen with the market and offers on our house played out exactly as he predictedI also cannot say enough about his team Rebecca and Stephanie quickly responded to emails and calls always ready to assist with any issues or to answer any questionsFrom listing to closing The Anderson Group gets 5 stars across the board And if I can offer any piece of advice for people selling property as a part of the probate process make sure and get a real estate agent like Josh and his team that experience to walk you through it all

Taylor Robinson was great to work with in glfinding our first home She knows the market genuinely LISTENS to what you want and can afford doesnt try and push beyond your means to fill her pockets Works with your schedule She is definitely in this to help people She is a bank of knowledge and isnt ashamed to say she doesnt know and get help from Nate She was with us from step one through many disappoints to the closing table the other day If you ever need a guiding handin your home buying journey ask this angel of lady to assist She wont steer you wrong
