ZillowVERIFIED Some expectations met others not. Anderson Group was hired to sell my single family investment property in TN. A big decision as I'm an out of state investor. My experience was mixed. What worked: Casey Martin (main assistant) oversaw 90% of the process. This included providing me with timelines/key dates, summary list of offers, and facilitated most questions. The lead agent, Josh Anderson, who I interviewed was knowledgeable about real estate. What didn't work: I didn't feel there was much concern/oversight of property during the process upon exit of tenant and when property was vacant. For example, there were specific things I was concerned with upon exit of tenant and needed the agent to be my eyes. This didn't happen. I also had to follow-up with agent multiple times for key steps which had time sensitive deadlines. Responsiveness was lacking. Also, I have bought and sold in the past and prefer to work with the interviewed agent not the assistant. Lastly, upon the close of my property the agent didn't even provide a closing phone call or email. Professional conduct would include final communication with your client at the end of the sale but there was none.

First, how quickly they responded to us. When we started out we were in a pickle. My wife had just come into town to look at homes and our first realtor from another company fell through. In desperation I submitted an online inquiry at the Josh Anderson group website at 10:30 Friday night. At 9:00 the next morning we received a phone call from Autumn and by 2:00 that afternoon we were meeting her to look at several homes in the areas we were interested in. We were totally floored at how quickly she was able to line up viewings for us. Second, we understood that we were dealing with a tough market, with lots of competition for buying homes. But we had no idea just how tough the market was. Without the guidance of Autumn and Stefanie in preparing a competitive offer and helping us through the entire process, I dont think we would have been successful in getting the home that we just closed on, less than a month from our first contact with Autumn! Their realtor group took charge of every aspect after our offer was accepted and were there beside us every step of the way. We cannot say enough good things about the experience we had.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were first time home buyers, and were moving from 2 states away. A friend of mine from back home put us in touch with the Anderson Group, and thank goodness. We made EVERY mistake that first time home buyers make, but the Anderson Group never gave up on us. Stefanie and Gretchen each took a weekend with us to show us as many houses as possible. They also put us in touch with lenders, title company, and every other conceivable resource that we needed. They walked us through the bidding process multiple times and gave us the right advice to finally land our first home. The day we closed on our house, Stefanie even sent her husband and another helper to unload our moving truck. They treated us with kindness and respect and even made us feel like friends, not just clients. If you, or anyone you know, is considering moving to or in the Nashville area, do yourself a favor and call the Anderson Group. I cannot recommend them, or thank them, enough!
