She helped us sell our home and purchase our dream home in the country, and we are so thankful we had her throughout the process. From day one, Toni knew exactly what we needed to do to prepare our home to sell. She recommended painters, arranged for a stager to come help us get the house ready for showings, and made sure we were putting our best foot forward. Our situation was a little more complicated because we couldn't purchase our new home until ours sold, and our buyers couldn't purchase our home until theirs sold. There were a lot of moving pieces, and at times it felt like everything was hanging in the balance. Toni kept up with all of it and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. What I appreciated most was that Toni was always there when we needed her. I can't even count how many questions we asked, but she never made us feel like any of them were silly or unimportant. She helped us navigate the negotiations on both homes and always made sure we understood our options before making decisions. Buying and selling at the same time is stressful enough, but adding another home sale into the mix made things even more interesting! Toni never missed a beat. She truly cared about helping us get into the home we wanted, and we felt that from beginning to end. We are now settling into our dream home, and I honestly don't think we would be here without Toni. If you're looking for someone who will look out for you and be there from start to finish, I would recommend Toni a hundred times over!
