We lived out of town, so Karan did not hesitate to go to the house and help us with preparing it for the sale. He also helped us with finding several contractors (pool, landscape, etc.) in the area, so we could get the house ready without out flying in CA for every single issues we have. The customer service we received from Karan was top notch. We did not have any hiccups during this sale process and we were at peace that we were in good hands. He is very professional, knowledgeable and of course, a very nice and respectful guy. I would recommend him to anyone we know.
