Honestly my brother and I joked now that it looked so good in the MLS listing we shouldn't sell it. When the offers came in was part two of how we saw Lily earn her pay. Lily's tactical understanding of the local market conditions, specific and actionable options on how we should proceed and by how much made the process feel very controlled and empowering as a seller. There were several conversations that ended with, "Go with whatever you think is best." We closed quickly on a good price with good terms and the house is going to good people.Selling a house isn't supposed to be fun and isn't supposed to be easy. Lily did so much direction setting, work, and guiding on our behalf that I would be hard pressed to find a decision I was involved in which I could've been left out of - and this is all remotely. I've never actually met Lily in person, and I never visited the house again after hiring Lily, I was kept up to date sufficiently well that I didn't feel the need to check in on anything.of course there are other good realtors out there, and some may suit your specific situation better than Lily. But it is a disservice to yourself not chat with Lily as part of your interview process to know you've done due diligence in ensuring you are well represented in your real estate transaction.
