ZillowVERIFIED We met Fatemah back in 2019 when we were making plans to move to the Bay Area and only in the early stages of thinking about buying a home. Fatemah was a great source of information and always available to take us to visit new neighborhoods to help us build familiarity with the area and help us determine what we were after. Once we finally decided on 'the one' we wanted, she was there to help guide us through the negotiation process. We ended up paying substantially over the asking price to secure our home, but that seemed to be the norm in early 2021! In the end, we're really glad that we managed to get the house we wanted, as we know there were multiple other interested parties. She helped guide us through the closing process with a great amount of patience and support for our various questions and has continued to be available to help us as we work through renovations. Overall, we highly recommend Fatemah, she was wonderful to work with over the past 2 years - never pushy and only ever supportive and keen to ensure our needs were met.

Weve taken our time getting prepared to buy a home because we werent sure if it was possible to live here in the Bay Area in a home that suited our needs for what we could afford. Soon after we finally got preapproved for a loan, a good friend sent us a listing that sprung up and was having an open house! I got up out of bed and called Fatemah immediately. This was our first time talking with her over the phone, but we knew we wanted to make an offer ASAP. She called us back as soon as she could and we knew we wanted her to be our realtor. We could feel her good energy through the phone call, along with her confidence through her 20 years of experience as a realtor. It was clear to us that she took pride in her work and did so on behalf of her clients. She was warm, welcoming and grounded with integrity and had excellent work ethic. We made an offer on the house, and came close but the seller went with another offer instead. Fatemah secured us in a position to be the next in line if anything fell through with the first offer. Throughout this process, she was very responsive to all of our questions any time of the day. We looked at a few other houses and made two more offers. Fatemah was very patient yet aware of our timeline and that of the home buying process. Everything was painless and easy with document signing online and through email. Fatemah clearly was a professional who knew what she was doing, was present during every transaction and had a fabulous team who was just as friendly and considerate as she was. Low and behold, the first house we made an offer for had their buyer pull out. Because she had secured us a position to be the first called in case something fell through, we were able to have the opportunity to present our offer again- and we got it!!! Unfortunately my parents had not taken very good care of the home and it was a delicate situation in getting my mom to agree that she could no longer live in the home with my Dad. Fatemah was kind, sensitive and extremely patient. It took almost a year to get my parents out of the home and get if cleaned out. Fatemah offered and variety of resources, encouragement and even offered to come help with the clean up personally. She is not only knowledgeable in her field but true and honest. Working with her made a very difficult and stressful situation much easier. I would recommend her without any hesitation.
