Vanessa represented us in the sale of our east bay area home and I could not recommend her highly enough. I interviewed multiple realtors, wanting to find the best for this monumental time in my life, and she stood out from the beginning. As a first time homebuyer, I really enjoyed working with Vanessa. She's absolutely great!! Very friendly, communicative, & transparent. I can tell she really cares about her clients and puts her all into her work. Highly Recommend! I want to preface that prior to working with her, I had a property in mind already and I urgently needed an agent. I had called a local agency, The Jon & Leslie Foster Real Estate Group, thru some quick google / online searching and Leslie assigned me to Vanessa. She walked me through the entire process and answered allll my questions. I felt like I could trust her throughout the entire process. Even though there was some hiccups (as part of any transaction), Vanessa always kept me updated on the latest status; she was very communicative and transparent. For me as the buyer, I felt like overall my experience was relatively smooth thanks to her! I know that behind the scenes she did a lot of heavy lifting. I also want to add that after closing, when I arrived at my new home for the key, she surprised me with some HOME letter balloons & a bottle of wine. It was such a nice gesture! It is so easy to rate Vanessa, she gets 5 stars in every category! Our family interviewed three real estate firms (including Vanessa) to oversee the sale of our condo in the Hayward hills. Vanessas excellent, well-prepared, sales presentation demonstrated she is very knowledgeable about the local market and financial conditions, and her great advice on preparing our condo for sale, made Vanessa our unanimous choice to list our property for sale! Vanessa is always available to congenially answer questions, provide knowledgeable sales advice, and prepare an excellent sales plan which saw Vanessa properly price our condo for sale, have a home inspection, stage our condo, have professional photos taken for social media presentations, list our property in the MLS and Zillow, and personally oversee an open house weekend on our property...all within just 12 days after hiring her! But wait, theres more...we sold the condo to a couple who attended the open house on the first day! We know it was Vanessas home sales preparation plan that led the way to this fabulous outcome! Once we had accepted the buyers offer, Vanessa was also able to work with our title company and 1031 Exchange provider (both recommended by Vanessa) to fully close our escrow on-time in 21 days! Vanessa gets 5 stars in every category! We ended up making a total of 3 offers with Vanessa as our agent, she was super knowledgeable about the local market conditions, and was able to give great advice on preparing our offers for the homes we bid on. She was super responsive and always available to answer questions, or take us to tour homes even if we asked on the same day! Once we had our offer accepted, Vanessa was also able to work with our lender to get our appraisal expedited so that we could close on time. Vanessa also has many industry contacts who can help with financing and other necessary services. If I could give more stars I would! Highly recommended!
