Between choosing the right home, winning the home you want - because these days it feels like a battle to get the house you want - and battling yourself from second guessingaEUR|its tough. Then comes all the paperwork and legal stuff that makes you feel like your locking yourself into something youll regret. Its all so exciting and frightening at the same time. Michael Garcia is the calm neutral presence you need during this time of chaos. Michael gets right down to business, but he takes full consideration of your situation. Our personal story was not a short one. Basically we reached out to him in the summer of 2020 and we looked at around a dozen houses or more together. We werent finding anything we liked and when he advised us to make an offer on a house we liked, we decided to wait a day or two and the house went pending that same day. Should have listened to him. We gave up looking at homes and decided to save up more money. Michael never pressured us or bugged us about getting back in the market. We finally decided to start looking again in December 2021. On the first day, we fell in love with the second home we saw and this time we took his advice and made the offer. Our offer was accepted the next day and we moved in a little over a month later - how about that? I had a TON of questions. Michael answered each one and when he didnt know the answer (which was rare) he got back to me within a few hours. The home buying experience was easy, smooth, and my wife and I felt like we had someone that had our back. Especially when it came to the lending and negotiations. Even after buying the home, Mike and his team are still servicing us by helping us find contractors, landscapers, etc. THIS is the biggest difference between a good realtor and a great realtor. Michael and his team are great. They stick around and continue to support you with whatever you may need - within reason. I feel very comfortable reaching out and asking for help.
