Louise gave us the confidence to actually start bidding on homes. Buying a home in the Bay Area is daunting. It's easy to convince yourself you need to research for months before you're ready to act, and my wife and I were stuck in exactly that loop. The best move we made was going into the Lovewell Team's RE/MAX Accord office and sitting down with Louise in person. Her years of experience showed immediately. Instead of sending us a firehose of listings, she asked the right questions and helped us narrow our search to homes that would genuinely work for our growing family (which saved us weeks of touring places that were never going to fit). She was patient and supportive from that very first meeting, and never once made us feel rushed or like we were asking basic questions. What we valued most was her warmth. Her friendly, steady guidance is what finally gave us the confidence to put in offers rather than keep researching, and we ended up closing on a single-family home that's perfect for us and our newborn. We could not have had a better experience in selling our mother's house as we did with Louise Lovewell. Yes, Louise Lovewell was fantastic. Five stars. She and her daughter did a great job getting the maximum for the house with the least amount of out of costs for us, plus they were extremely friendly and professional in their duties. This was the second home I sold through Louise, because the the first experience was delightful. She worked with me as I first has to vacate tenants, then she gave advice about staging and repairs. My emails and phone calls were always returned promptly. She worked with her daughter in an effective partnership. The open house was on July 5 and the house closed a month later. I was satisfied with price, timeframe, and the process. I would definitely recommend her to sellers or buyers.

From the moment I met Louise and Katie Lovewell I must say I was impressed. They were extremely friendly and in no time it was as though we had known each other for years. At our first sit down to discuss selling my home they were extremely prepared and brought with them a wealth of documented information about current listings and recently sold homes in my area. They took the time to explain what would be happening during the process of me selling my home and made sure I understood everything. If I had a question....they had the answer! I felt I was in very capable hands and it turned out I was right. They really knew what they were talking about and this was evidenced by how quickly it sold. Katie/Louise looked at property, developed a market plan, and delivered over twenty qualified buyers within one week of date offered for sale. The counter offers and signed contract completed one week later, The property closed escrow on schedule, with no surprises and net proceeds from sale, as estimated. I could not of had a better sales experience.I was treated with respect and was promptly responded to, when I asked any questions.
