ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Crystal was unfortunately horrible. I was a first time home buyer at the time and found Crystal when I was showing interest in a property. She said she could help and SEEMED very trustworthy. But what ensued during and after purchasing the property was a nightmare. For one Crystal was willing to die by the hill that the house was properly priced and there was now room to move. Upon doing the closing process they assessed my property for 80k less then it was listed for. I had to fight to get it brought down so I could mortgage the property. Not illegal just shows what her expertise is like on the good end, but really I think she was trying to sell an extremely overpriced house to me since I was green. But I digress. Then the entire 45 day closing was a nightmare. She constantly told me I had a day or two to send her info when in reality the mortgage broker who SHE RECOMMENDED was telling me that was not true and she was doing that so she could get the deal done faster. In my oppinion a first time homeowner should not be rushed. Its a massive decision and a big one at that. But I digress again. The worst point was two weeks after getting my keys all is well. I'm willing to let go of the trouble. But I get a knock at my door and am served with lien paperwork. The investor did not pay the contractors who did a remodel and gut. Investor? Then upon getting in contact with Crystal she notified me yes it was an investor and she does not know him so its not on her. My first home is now getting a lien place for 90k worth of work that was not payed on. Low and behold the investor was NATHAN who has left her reviews. Moral here she will mess up your experience and she works and does business with people who practice buisness. I'm sure there is more stuff that I have yet to find out. But she will lie to get a deal done. She brought in her inspector to help me out. I expressed concern about a pad and pergola that was attached to the home. She said not a worry at all and advised this is something I deal with but not ask the seller to handle. 2 years later the pad failed and the pergola was swaying over, 10k later in damage because the pergola was pulling on the roof all is well finally. DO NOT TRUST OR USE HER.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I have known Crystal for many years so naturally when we decided to move we contacted her to help us find our dream retirement home. She showed us several homes until we found "the one". She negotiated a great price with the seller. Additionally, we wanted to change the flooring and have some painting done and she found us a great deal on flooring and introduced us to a remodeling expert who exceeded our expectations. It is wonderful that she has these contacts, made it so easy. At the same time, she came to our previous home and made some suggestions for painting and repairs which made sense. Once that was done, she staged our home AND IT SOLD IN 3 DAYS!! Unbelievable in the current real estate market. Crystal Elder is a real estate ROCK STAR!!!
