I needed help renting my house after it was listed for over 2 months with no leads. As soon as I contacted the Jorgenson Group, they connected me immediately with Jackee, who was ready to work with me to update pictures for my rental as well as evaluate the current status of the listing. Her advice was super valuable, as was her entire demeanor. She was professional and to the point in all her observations. She refreshed the listing, and within 2 weeks, I had showings and soon after, an offer. It only took about 3 weeks to get the unit rented with Jackee. I cannot express enough my gratitude and positive experience I had working with her. She gave me weekly updates, revisited the listing with me, and tweaked things as needed. She was engaged and focused on getting the house rented. I had worked with realtors before, but it was hard to find someone who put excitement into my listing, as I understand there is not a lot of commission in rentals. However, Jackee treated this as a priority from the beginning, and from the customer's point of view, it made me feel at ease knowing I was working with someone who gave it time and the attention it needed.

My goals were to have a responsive agent that had experience in selling a reasonable number of houses and could handle issues that might come up during the process. Out of all of the real estate agents I have worked with over the years this was by far the best experience I have had, and to get the house under contract in under 2 weeks (for more than other agents suggested listing it for) during the early 2023 housing conditions was almost unbelievable. 10/10 would choose Tanya again.

Despite a few bumps along the way (remote buyer backed out), Amy encouraged us to hold out a bit longer for the right buyer. ZillowVERIFIED There are so many qualities about Crystal that make her such an amazing realtor and words truly can't explain how much easier she made the process for us, even when we were ready to bail because of issues with the builder and their lender. It was because of Crystal that we stayed in it. She was in constant communication the entire time, even when she was at her son's baseball game she still replied to our texts. She was always accommodating of our search requests. Crystal has an unbelievable memory and kept up with all the tiny details from each house, asked great questions to each Sales Rep, and was able to retain allA the information.
