She went above and beyond to help us find a rental property for our cross country move to Austin. She was quick to respond to texts and questions leading up to our in person visit which helped steer us in the right direction when picking houses to tour. During the visit she was so organized and made our day of tours smooth and easy. She planned everything out for us, stayed within our budget, she was detailed oriented during the tours, and helped make the decision process easy. When we are ready to buy our first home we will 100% be coming back to work with Geri. I would highly recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We used the RJF team to both buy and sell a house. We have worked with three other realtors buying and selling houses over the years, and Robert and his team put the others to shame. On the buying side, Ryan was super responsive and helpful. He had some great feedback on things we should consider as we looked at different properties, and during the bidding/negotiating process, his pricing recommendations were lower than what we were originally considering, which says a lot since the higher the purchase price, the more commission he earns. From a selling perspective, Robert was awesome. It is way more stressful to sell a house than to buy one, but Robert was very knowledgeable about what we should fix and what we should leave for the new owners to address. He also included a free consultation with a designer to help us stage our house. His marketing strategy was very effective. We had 20 showings in 16 days, and it took less than a month to sell our property, almost receiving our full asking price. I found both processes more pain/hassle free than I expected and was completely satisfied as a customer.

This makes it sound easy, but their careful, thoughtful, smart preparation was what made this happen. I don't know how much to attribute to the photos, the videos (including drone footage at three different times of day), the text, the staging (included in their fee), the description, the negotiation, and the counsel they provided, but all of this put together worked incredibly well. I don't write many online reviews, but Rob and team did such a great job that I felt compelled to write this one--they are our realtors for life!

Knowing our unique time constraints they actually formed a team of 2 agents for us so that way one could be out showing us property all over Texas, and the other could write up multiple offers a day while we were out looking. ZillowVERIFIED I am a repeat customer. He sold my house during the dry spell a few years back. Then he sold a second house for me just a few months back and helped us purchase a new house. I feel that on both sides I was treated like I was his only customer. He was very responsive, and available to answer the many questions I had along the way. He and his team did everything they said they were going to do. I do not feel any regret in using him in these transactions, for me buying and selling our home is a huge fear of mine but using Robert and his team gave me a since of relief.
