She not only met with us on a tight time frame to show us homes but also did the walk through on the home we chose (making sure every single minute error was fixed) because we were out of state and couldn't be there. And, you know those hidden or unknown issues that pop up in all that paperwork when buying a home? Missy has it down to a T, and will make sure you as a buyer are covered and protected. Missy is by far a bulldog in the real estate market- in the best way of course- and will take care of you better than any realtor I've worked with. Her team is amazing as well, we had Ara show us a few homes one day when Missy was out of town and she was jusy as hard charging and knowledgeable. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

We got more money when we sold our house than we expected and she talked us into a new build instead of a used house and stayed with us every step of the way. Even just the little things such as after we closed all of our important paperwork was organized in a neat nice binder and she gave us a first few nights emergency kit with things like paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper, and some minor cleaning supplies. If I didn't love the house she put us in i'd probably do it again, the experience was that good.

She had the appointment we wanted with 48 hours. We went to look at the condo and she was prompt, courteous helpful and knew what she was doing and what was important to us. She was not pushy, or heavy handed. We changed our mind at the last moment and made and offer or another condo. He used data to try to sway my wife and I. It seemed as if he wanted to take the path of least resistance for the quick sale. His concern for our financial success in the sale was artificial. An Executive Officer at a local dealership encourage me to reach out to Missy. Missy evaluated my home a lot higher, and with no hesitation assured me she could sell it at that price. The house was sold within 3 weeks even though nicer homes that were less expensive had been on the market for over a year. And now it was time to sell the home that we had been living in since. Again she appraised the home for more than I thought it would be able to be sold for. And the first weekend it was on the market, an offer was made for the full price. Her service didnt end there. She assisted my family with the home that we currently purchased after this most recent sale. She was involved in every aspect of the negotiations and build. She personally went through several walk thrus to ensure the quality of the build and finish product exceeded her expectations. She was able to assist my wife with a lot of these intricate details because she understood my schedule at work and my inability to attend some of these meetings. My wife felt like Missy was inspecting the home as if it was one she was buying personally. This made our move in seamless and without flaw. Missy and her team made these experiences a wonderful memory for my family and I would not consider engaging in the sale or purchase with out her.
