I want to say I think my wife and I must of seen over 35 homes from Liberty Hill to Hutto and everything in between. In the beginning they walked us through the entire process, focusing on how we can maximize our return. During the initial walk through, Matt discussed what types of repairs, touch-up and cleaning was best. Then Natasha gave recommendations on how best show the home and then even brought some small furniture and home decor to make the rooms stage better! As a part of the Natasha group, we benefited from the extra help from Natasha, whether it is checking the documents or negotiation strategy. It worked out really well.Negotiation. Whether it is the contract, non-realty items, or multiple bid situation for desirable properties, he helps tilt the balance in our favor.Knowledge. Other than knowing the local real estate market, he is very familiar with various aspect of the house with his engineering background. Most homes we saw were resales and may have one issue or another. He has navigated us away from problem homes, but also reassured us to overlook other minor things like normal settling.Think on behalf of the buyer. He and his wife are there for us up to the last minute.
