We decided to take it off market. 1 year later we wanted to try again. This time we used Charlie. He was so good at coordinating how we should go about selling our home for a better result. He was very reassuring and confident. This gave us peace of mind. He allowed us to list the house at What we considered fair market value. Charlie was always honest and straight forward. His marketing is second to none. Charlie had showings before the house was ever listed. We had our 1st offer in 2 weeks. Charlie was in command and in control and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He consulted with us before he did anything different from the original plan. He would offer his professional opinion but never push it upon us. Collaborating with Charlie was the best thing for us in selling our home. Not only did we get multiple offers within a two month period. Charlie being a extremely good negotiator. We sold our house at asking price in a neighborhood Where the value of the home was lower due to all the new builds. I would highly recommend and use Charlie every time time. We looked at many, many, houses in the Austin area, Charlie was always patient, respectful and prompt. He works hard for you, tells you his opinion when asked and has a considerable amount of knowledge and experience in the Austin area. We went all the way to finalizing the contract and backed out of the first house due to maintenance issues. Most realtors would have been frustrated, not Charlie, he had houses ready to look at the next day. If youre planning to move to the area, Choose Charlie! But this is the second time we had the pleasure of working with Charlie, he is no longer a realtor to us, he is now family. We trust him completely and would not use anyone else. He was able to sell the home we lived in for 33K more than the payoff which totally surprised us! Since no other home in the area with the same sq footage had sold for anywhere near that price so I would suggest anyone that has the opportunity to work with Charlie DO IT.
