ZillowVERIFIEDRebecca can not handle any negative feedback and is very spotty with her communication. As a seller, it took her close to a week to get a For Sale sign in my yard, and did not know an important fact about my home that was clearly stated in my disclosure a month after it was listed. When I wanted out and my home delisted, her communication was very poor. Initially she stated she wanted $1,000 to get out of the contact. I drove up from IL to pay her off, and her story changed. She then stated there may be legal fees involved. After learning of my negative review, she got vindictive and upped it to $3,000 and wanted my negative review taken down and me to not have any other negative reviews. ??. Her Broker was just as useless.

Becky and Courtney were less than communicative. I repeated had to ask for updates and explanations. As a first time home owner and with Becky handling my first sale I felt like I was put into the "system" and forgotten. It was not a good experience.

Hi Shirley, everything is negotiable. All agents and brokerages charge differently. You pay for the service you receive. We pride ourself in providing excellent services for our clients and are not a discount brokerage. I recommend interviewing a few agents and deciding for yourself if a lower commissioned agent will provide the same results as higher commissioned agent.
