He said that if we just increased our price range a little more that we would get a lot better houses to look at and that they would be more of what we were looking for. Well we talked and found that the houses that he suggested were actually in our range and away we went. We looked at a few and then we had finally found our house in Coon Rapids which had plenty of room and was in our price range completely. He definitely has a great willingness to accommodate his client s needs and his work ethics were outstanding. I would make Jason my first choice in buying if I had to do it all over again and will definitely call him if we ever look at selling.
