ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home listed by this team. We were disappointed with the condition in which the home was left. Upon move-in, we found that the property had not been cleaned. There was food residue left on the stove, oven, and inside the refrigerator. The bathroom countertop had permanent stains, the bathtub faucet was missing a gasket, and it was clear that no surface-level cleaning had been attempted prior to our arrival. While the transaction itself was handled well, we expected the home to be in move in condition. We ended up needing a 3 team cleaning crew for 8 hours to get the home move in ready.
