We had come to agreement on a house and she was invaluable when it turned out that the selling party was less than honest about the terms and conditions surrounding is. She got hard nosed with them in a hurry and our non-refundable earnest money got refunded. (Yay Erica!) I write this from the house we did end up with and it is all we were looking for. She was doggedly determined that we understood everything clearly and there were not going to be any more surprises. Kudos Erica! Thanks again!
