From the start he was super responsive, easy to talk to, and really knew the local market. Since we couldnt be there in person, he did video walkthroughs for us and talked us through each one so we had a good feel for what we were looking at. When we finally found the right place, Dan took care of all the details. He helped coordinate the inspection, kept everything on track, and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the process. When we decided to buy our first house, we knew that we wanted to work with Dan because we heard that he was a great realtor. Sure enough, he did not disappoint. Dan was knowledgeable of the market and answered all our questions. We were impressed with the ways Dan translated real estate jargon into more digestible information, especially for first-time homebuyers. He was very responsive, flexible, and patient. About six years later, we had to sell our house due to divorce. Since we previously had an amazing experience working with Dan, I called him again to help sell the house. This time around, times were hard and sensitive as you can imagine with a divorce and departing from our first house.
