Sean and Blanca met with us and described their real estate sales process, and how they can help us every step of the way. Soon, we started taking tours of houses, and decided to make an offer on a house in Maple Grove. They talked us through the approximate values of things, and gave their advice on the offer price. Our offer was accepted, and then Sean and Blanca dealt with a lot of the daily sales negotiations on our behalf. Saving us money for this and that, we were able get things fixed on the house prior to moving in. We really appreciate how flexible they have been to be available even at the last minute when houses we wanted to look at became available, they were willing to work with our schedule. It is easy to get caught up in things you like about a house without seeing the things that could be a potential problem and they were able to help us see the whole picture of houses we were considering which was very helpful. Additionally there are two things that were the cream on top so to speak of little perks of working with them. First of all they use high quality (magazine quality) photos and made our home look so great! I was blown away by the offers we received which ended up being $20000 more than what I had thought was the ceiling for the sale of our home. I really felt the pictures they took made a huge difference in the amount of showings we had and the numerous offers we received. Secondly they gave us a choice of awesome closing gifts which I am sure other realtors cannot match! I would highly recommend Sean and Blanca to any of my friends and family and I hope I don?t have to move for a long long time but if I do it?s nice to know who my team is going to be.

What surpised me the most is that there was a home we really wanted but found out that there were already two offers made on it. First of all, they approach the work as a team which actually means you have 2 people addressing your needs and concerns. They handled our difficult, emotional sale of our first home (short sale) in a very understanding, and diligent manner. Obviously, a short sale is a complicated, involved and frustrating process and this one took even longer with multiple offers, buyer back outs and the banks unceasing list of requirements, Blanca and Sean never tired or got frustrated. They remained professional throughout every step. They are not only our realtors, they are our friends and that is how they approach their clients...with warmth and genuine concern.
