He's very knowledgeable in real estate and extremely patient when helping understand everything and showing us all of the homes we were interested in. In the beginning we did not know what we were looking for and Brian guided us towards homes that would fit our needs. We put in a few offers and Brian always worked hard to keep our offer competitive but not overextend ourselves just to get a home. He always kept our hopes up when an offer was rejected and made sure we knew that if a home was meant for us, we would get it. He was extremely good at communicating at any time of day and always made sure that we had all of the information that he did. When helping us purchase our home, he made sure to help us with counter offers with the seller to ensure that we were getting the best deal. Brian also has many great resources/contacts to help us even after we've closed. We will definitely be recommending Brian to any of our family and friends that are looking to buy/sell in the future.

As this was our first home buying experience, Brian walked us through the whole process providing great in-depth details in a very digestible manner and ensured that we had all the best and up to date information. The entire team was extremely accommodating and timely throughout the whole process and were always very open with communication, no matter the time or frequency. It was clear that Brian was always on our side as the home buyers and was never trying to push us on anything, but instead listening and identifying what we were looking for in a home and what best suited us. As we saw a number of homes and put in a few bids, he was always going to bat for us with the sellers - he made sure we had the best terms possible in our offers and was working hard for us with the selling agents. As Brian had said many times you always end up with the home that was meant to be yours, and there is no doubt that this was true of our experience, as the home we bought was the one that we loved the most out of all that we had seen and we know he was integral in our the acceptance of our offer, especially in a very competitive market - and everything his team and he did was extremely appreciated! I also feel compelled to mention that we were looking to buy a home during the Covid-19 Pandemic and Brian and his team were very thoughtful about taking the necessary precautions to minimize any risk to us, themselves and others who were viewing homes.

He was available for us at all times, showed us homes when they popped up last-minute, and advocated for us at every step of the way. It was our first home purchase and Brian made sure we were informed of our options at every step of the way. He's thoughtful and detail-oriented and made sure that everyone (e.g., lender, title company) was ready well in advance of closing. As an example of how committed Brian is to his clients, the first house we put an offer in on popped up last-minute but Brian was on vacation. He had a colleague meet us at the house that evening. Then, when we decided to put an offer in, he handled all the paperwork and multiple rounds of negotiations from his vacation. He's the best advocate you can have, we are convinced.

Brian came highly recommend from my brother, and we're both professionals in sales. Brian won't try and sell you a home, he's very much a features, benefits, and opportunity cost. He wants to help his customers purchase the home they really want. He doesn't want to just sell you a home and move on to the next commission customer. In this market you need a realtor to be ready to see a home in a moment's notice. Brian and his staff were always available to meet around our schedule within 24 hours of a house we liked being listed. He does this as a full time passion not a job. He's always calling or texting back even after 5pm. He is also very skilled at negotiating. He helped us in putting together an offer, making sure we got the house as close to our budget as was able. (It's a crazy market out there! Good luck future home buyers!) The next time I or any of my friends or family need a realtor for buying/ selling houses, Brian will always be my recommendation. 11/10 service.

We knew that we needed a realtor who would not only educate us but also be (tactfully) aggressive enough to secure us a home in this crazy seller's market.Brian was that exact person. Not only is he a subject matter expert, but he is super approachable, hard-working, and operates with utmost integrity. He wasn't afraid to lend his honest opinion if he thought a house wasn't right for us. Also, despite working with multiple clients, if I emailed/texted him about a house I would typically receive a response back within 30 minutes--2 hours MAX--which undoubtedly is the service level he provides to any of his clients. We ultimately bought a For Sale By Owner home and Brian not only helped us craft an offer that secured it, but he also ensured the seller did all things that he was supposed to do to ensure a successful, timely closing.Bottom line, I could not have imagined doing this first-time home buying process without Brian. We have and will continue to refer him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and will undoubtedly use him again if/when we sell!
