ZillowVERIFIEDTRUSTED ADVISER !!! My family and I are so fortunate to have found a great Realtor. Not only is Jon a great realtor, I would call him my friend and a trusted adviser. Jon is very thorough about gathering and sharing information about your real estate transaction. Our family has used Jon to buy and sell 9 properties. The last transaction we did started over a year before we actually put the property up for sale. Jon knew we didnt have a specific date to list, but rather we needed to wait for the right time. During the entire process, Jon guided and advised us on how to proceed. But it is not just about Jon, Jon has built a team around him that makes the entire process flow smoothly and efficiently. In short, he was always on our side working to make our transaction as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jon was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and helping us meet our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDJon has sold three houses for us over the years and helped us buy our current retirement home. Just recently our house sold very quickly and we had 30 days to find our new home. We had been looking for quite some time and were a bit discouraged by what was out there in our price range- Jon kept nudging us along until we found our dream home. His experience and people skills came into play to get us into our home in that tight 30 day window. I honestly don't know how he did it but he pulled it off- thanks Jon!Highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIEDThe Perkins Team is nothing but amazing to work with. We have used the services of Jon and MaryBeth for the past 23 years and wouldnt consider anybody else. We have recommended them to friends and family.
