Speak to an experienced Realtor who knows the market and understands who the potential buyers are for their home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Investors, first time home buyers, move up buyers and traditional sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently closed a home for a couple that was relocating out of the Bay Area. We were able to get them top dollar in a short period of time.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I began my career working for the local Association of Realtors back in 1999 and in 2002 began working for a title company. In 2007 I began my resale career in Contra Costa County. I have been in the industry over 17 years.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have sold over 1000 in Northern California. I have worked the top real estate investment REIT's in the country. I was charged to sell homes throughout Northern California and get top dollar for them. I have had the opportunity to work in several facets of the real estate industry which makes my experience very unique unlike any other agent/REALTOR.
