ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Fareed, both as a property manager and a listing agent. After I rented my former home to a challenging tenant, he agreed to manage my property and did so successfully for 3 years including during COVID times. When I decided to sell, he brought in many reasonably priced, quality contractors to make my 5 year rental look modern, clean and inviting. His photographer and stager did an excellent job of helping to market my home, and I received an offer over asking price after just 2 days on the MLS even though the market had slowed due to rising interest rates and steep stock market declines. Fareed is very professional, ethical, efficient and pleasant to work. He is well organized and follows through on every detail. He is experienced and has good suggestions, but is also a good listener and accepted my ideas. I always felt that I could trust Fareed which is so important during the stressful process of renovating and selling a house.

While my husband and I were looking for kitchen remodel ideas Fareed was looking for items on a home he was flipping. We asked Fareed if he could advise us on what people were looking for in kitchen remodels, as we were thinking about getting our home ready to sell within the next couple years. He not only helped us pick out product, color combos plus set up ideas he got us in contact with a contractor and came to our home giving us suggestions on how to prepare our home for selling. Then Covid happened and things changed. Fareed waited patiently for us to decide on the move (which took 2 years) no pressure from him and continuing to keep us informed on the market. When our decision was finally made and we found our last home Fareed went to work in high gear helping us to sell our home in a short time. We were looking for a realtor to help sell our home in Concord and our goal was that he manage the entire transaction after we moved out. We interviewed a couple realtors and Fareed seemed like the perfect fit as he knew the market and demographics for our area and would be able to schedule appointments and be at the property during the home inspection, pest inspection, etc. As it turned out, a buyer was quickly found. We were concerned about the intrusions and becoming overwhelmed, but Fareed coordinated all inspections and document signings, all the while working around our schedules and moving commitments. He was always available to answer our calls or come by if needed. As it turned out, the day the moving van was unloading at our new home, escrow closed at the property in Concord. Timing was perfect and seamless, and thanks to Fareed, seemingly effortless.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Fareed Tawasha for 8 years, first as a property manager, and recently as a Real Estate Agent to sell my rental condominium in Concord, CA. Fareed managed two small properties for about 8 years, and I cannot say enough about how well he handled every problem as it arose, managed improvements to the properties, and acted as sole interface to renters. When I decided to sell my Concord condominium, I decided to use Fareed as my seller?s agent. Fareed handled all the sale preparations and we decided on a competitive list price and within 3 days had 3 offers, $20,000 over the list price!! Fareed handled some minor repairs and improvements, and the deal was closed in less than a month. I continue to work with Fareed as property manager for another rental property manager, and I continue to be 100% satisfied with his work. ZillowVERIFIED My experience working with Fareed, just over a year ago, was tremendous. Readily available for a call and drive to go and tour for my first home. I always have a ton of questions along the way and was able to get them answered, more than once. Lol. But that?s the great thing about having someone who you trust, knowing that they will continue to answer questions to help alleviate and navigate such life changing decisions. But the real reason I wanted to leave this review, in addition to above, is that it is 16 months since I made my purchase and FAREED IS STILL READILY AVAILABLE. I have a loan through a banking institution and somethings are harder to navigate with them or it?s not clear enough (taxes, etc.). I?m able to send a quick message and within minutes Fareed is willing to jump on a phone call and break it all down. I don?t know how many agents are willing to do this, long after they?ve worked with a client but this has greatly appreciated, more than I can state. Thus far, I?ve recommended Fareed to a friend and wouldn?t hesitate to share with others. I know I?m calling in a few years when ready again. Thanks, Fareed.

We discussed a detailed plan and Fareed helped us accomplish it. Fareed suggested inexpensive improvements (replace light switch covers, apply cabinet varnish to spruce up our cabinets; he actually did this for us, touch up paint and how best to stage our house. We held an open house for one weekend and had 13 offers! We sold our townhouse for $33,000 over the asking price.
