Purchased a home from their listing in San Ramon. The escrow closed a weeks ago they only provided us the key from the lock box to the main door entrance. The Garage remote is missing , the mailbox key is missing, the pool key is missing. When our agent reached out to them about the missing item they never responded to us back. This shows how irresponsible and unprofessional this real estate company and their agents are. Purchasing a new home should be an exciting journey but unfortunately for us it has been nothing but frustration because of Lisa and her team.

Particularly enjoyed the concierge program; allowed us to spend $50,000 putting lipstick (painting, new carpets, refinishing the hardwood floors) on our home to make it move-in ready. Our house sold quickly partly because of Lisas marketing and her recommendation on what to do to present the house to sell quickly. Finding a house was difficult but Lisa was great helping me find the right home. Eventually we found a great house, in a great location and for a good price. The timing worked perfectly, my fear was having to temporarily rent a house but Lisa worked extra hard and it turned out great. Things did not stooped there, Lisa followed up during the first few week regularly to see if we needed anything. Even after 6 plus years she continues to stay connected with us. ZillowVERIFIED The goal was to find a house for my son and his family, including 3 kids. They were especially interested in the Windemere area of San Ramon, which has excellent schools. My son was here in Oakland, working hard at his new job. The rest of the family would arrive from Seattle in a couple of months. They did not have an unlimited budget, and it was very much a sellers market. Covid complicated everything. Kims help was invaluable. She worked with our parameters, arranged many tours, coordinated with our lender, and helped us through all the paperwork involved in making 4 offers. The 4th offer was for a property that she found, and got us a tour of, before it was formally on the market. It fit all our many requirements very well, so we made an offer at once, and it was accepted. Kim then shepherded us through an accelerated escrow schedule, monitoring the title company and lender interactions, and negotiating successfully some (not large) repairs we wanted the seller to do before close of escrow. Kim is a member of the Doyle Group. Her sister Lisa Doyle was very helpful in this process at a number of points. My son and family are very happy with their new house in San Ramon. Kims work is one important reason they are moving in next week. I highly recommend her.

And my brother and his kids were pushing me to move to Sacramento, to be closer to family. This was a major undertaking for me, as I had never been through the emotional, mental, and physical stress of uprooting myself from such a long-time comfort spot. I met Diana through one of the notices the Doyle Company distributed through the neighborhood, and she made me feel more at ease about making this move. Just being there for me to lean on was a lot of work for her, and I sincerely appreciate the time spent just answering questions that were simple for her, but which were all brand-new and highly confusing to me. It took several weeks of phone calls and running between houses to finish this project, as I had moved to Sacramento before my house actually went on the market. ZillowVERIFIED We were searching for a house for over 6 months in a particular area and had no luck untill we met Lisa. We changed our realtor and hired Lisa, and within a day, she found a house that we liked, in the neighborhood we wanted and well within (actually under) our budget! It says a lot about her understanding of and access to the market. From day one, we were very impressed and pleased with Lisa. She understood from us what we were looking for and did not try to steer us away from it. She was polite, helpful and ALWAYS available. We hit a few glitches in the house buying process because of an incompetent lender we were dealing with (who went on vacation during the closing week and became completely unreachable!). Lisa stepped in and also brought in another experienced lender (who helped us diligently and without additional charges just because of Lisa) to help us deal with our inexperienced lender. We closed on our house and Lisa remained available throughout the post closing phase. I dont have enough good things to say for her and her team. Every memeber of her team is competent, polite and always responsive. We have now moved in and Lisa doesnt fail to check-in with us even now. Great team with in-depth knowledge and access to the area. They will work with you before, during and after your purchase. Go with Lisa and you will always feel like having a friend on your side!
