She was also very aggressive in terms of dealing with our lenders so we were competitive. When our existing lender was not competitive enough in terms of days to closing, she managed to get us in touch with a lender who was. Our house came with chickens that we though we wanted. When we realized we couldnt handle 8 chickens (including 2 roosters), Michelle quickly mobilized her local resources. We were able to find them a new loving home in a day. She helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel that I will have a better future with this behind me. She worked so well with both of my banks. I had a first with Chase and a second with Citi bank. She knew how to work with negotiators. My whole process went really smoothly. She answered all my questions and was okay if I needed more time to research or talk to an attorney or tax person for all the implications. She knew all the new rules and was knowledgeable. She made me feel so special like I owned a million dollar home instead of a shortsale for $200K. I know Michelle treats all her clients the same.
