Hi C Lyn, Great question! The easiest and simplest way to find this out is to have an experienced Realtor/Broker in your area create a CMA for you. They will compare similar, recent, pending, sold and active listings to yours. Unlike auto generated values from online websites, they will also use human insight about the area, styles and condition of the homes. Feel free to contact me if you would like help connecting with an expert in your location.

Hello: Your property value is based on recent listings sold in your area. Must compare the Style (Ranch, Colonial, Townhome, Condo, etc) the similar Sqft, the property condition and if any updates and/or mechanical replacement were made. Highly advise, do not overprice your listing. As long as, your listing looks show ready during your showings, you should sell quickly with multiple offers in the Middletown NJ area, especially with the limited inventory. Welcome to call would you have any additional questions. Stefania Fernandes; Broker Realtor & Accredited Stager; ERA Central Realty; 732-598-5850
