ZillowVERIFIED Fabricio is one of the most easy going person I know. Always has a smile to give. Very patient, knowledgeable, takes his job very seriously ( lets you know hes here for you). He knows his stuff. Ask him anything about homes and he has the answer, if hes not sure about something at the time, trust me when i tell you he will find you that answer. One of the things I love about Fabricio, is how fast he responds to you when you call or text. Its like hes just waiting to assist you. I find that so awesome. Many times my wife and I call Fabricio last minute to see if we could go look at house, and even if hes booked for the day he would say Im booked from morning till late afternoon, but we could do night. Thats no lie we put him in some tight spots, but he always came through for my family. I couldnt ask more from a realtor, he went above and beyond.
