Lindsey's desire to invest in real estate was sparked at an early age while helping her father care for his income properties in Central New York. Independently, she has been investing in Real Estate since 2007. Lindsey Stansbury has made it her goal to help people create the lifestyle they deserve through the purchase and sale of real estate. Lindsey holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and an M.B.A. She has earned the National Designation of Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI). She earned a Team Player and Rising Star Awards in 2013. Quarterly Sales Award for Top Sales 2nd Quarter of 2015 Excel Award for Top Salesperson of the Year Home Values $300k-$500k for 2016 and a Major Achievement Award - Million Dollar Circle Award - Silver 2016. She has excelled in providing the highest quality customer service to both first time home buyers and experienced buyers from 2012-2020 working in the open market and with New Construction Homes. Lindsey's mission is to serve all her customers with stellar, first class service. This means service with honesty, integrity, skill, care, and diligence. She understands that the sale & purchase of a home is often the one of the largest investments and financial decisions a person will make in their lifetime. She believes it is her responsibility to be well educated and provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to her customers!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers & Buyers, Snowbirds, Relocation, People who need to sell an existing property so they can buy a new construction home, Retirees, First time homebuyers, Military families, Second home buyers, Vacation home buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A neighbor who had an unfortunate experience with a builder decided to try again with a different builder to have a dream home built with a nice yard and serene view. They had to get their existing property under contract before the builder would let them place an offer on the home they wanted and on their preferred homesite. My effective marketing and strategic advertising brought multiple offers and they sold their home above list price!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My desire to invest in real estate was sparked at an early age while helping my father care for his income properties in Central New York. I bought my first home in VA in 2007 and was passionate about the ability of home ownership to improve the quality of people's lives. I later moved to Florida to marry my husband and began my real estate career in Orlando. Each time I help someone with their real estate needs, my passion is re-enforced. It is great to be a property owner and it has the ability to change the course of one's life, for the better.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have an MBA from Lynchburg University and a Psychology degree from SUNY Oswego. They help me serve my customers at a higher level. I also have a GRI Designation. I have both the personal touch and the business acumen to help both buyers and sellers make good financial decisions as well as quality of life decisions.
