How do I know if HOA will increase or have a big payment?

I'm looking at a condo and the HOA seems fine, but how can i tell if they're about to his me with a huge $20k bill for "repairs" right after I move in? I can afford it all as it stands now, but have an assessment that's over $5K would sink me.

How do I read my title report without a law degree?

Just got the title report and it’s 40 pages of legal jargon. It mentions an easement and a lien from 1994. What are the specific things I should pay attention to of in these documents? I try to read them and just can't make sense of most of them. My agent said it's important to read them.

Do I legally have to tell buyers about my horrible neighbor?

My neighbors have been awful to live next to. They don't take their trash cans in and they have been known to blow around their junk around the neighborhood. They yell at my kids. They wrote passive aggressive notes about a tree on my land they didn't like. They set up cameras to spy on us in our backyard. They steal our mail. and so much more. Do I have to disclose this in any formal way? I don't want to be a jerk but I also want to sell my house.

Is AI staging actually worth it or does it look too fake?

I’m getting ready to list my house and my agent suggested 'virtual AI staging' instead of renting furniture because it’s cheaper. Does this actually help sell the house, or do buyers just feel tricked when they show up to an empty room? Has anyone had success with this?

Am I crazy for selling my house?

I've had my house for about 8 years and I'm ready to sell. Friends and family keep telling me I'm crazy for wanting to sell. They're all pushing me not to. But I'm ready to sell and want to move. Are the financial downsides too great and should I just stay?
