I get this question all of the time where I live.... The harsh truth is that in Texas, if it's not permanently attached to the ground..i.e. retrofitted ect. then you must look at it like selling a used car. Lots of people post it on Facebook Marketplace "for sale to be moved" or things like that. You could also go to a local manufactured home dealership and see if they'd like to purchase it..... Years ago I sold my 1930s house on craigs list with the buyers taking all responsibility to removing home and make sure there is a time limit.
As a Real Estate broker we do not get involved with this type of transaction.
