I paid my realtor money to help fix my credit?

I paid my realtor money to help fix my credit last year in October 2022. Fast forward 7 months later there has been no change in my credit score and now my realtor is not responding to calls emails and text messages. I'm not sure what to do next as I am out this money I paid as my bank will not dispute the transaction due to it being past the dispute expiration date.

Agent want me to pay for professional cleaning before photos test test

My house is clean. I scrub it myself. But my agent say I must hire industrial cleaners for $600 before he take picture. He say my house smell like spices. I think he is being mean to my culture. Is this normal or he just rude test?
