SECOND PURCHASE WITH THIS REALTOR, because that's how good she is.I can't say enough great things about working with this realtor... The first property that we bought was about two years ago and I didn't write a review then but I was completely blown away with what she was doing BEHIND THE SCENES to make sure that we as clients were getting the best deal. She put things into our contract that I was not aware of but were things that benefited us and made sure that would not be issues for us in the future. For example, she made sure that the first property had an inspection of a hot tub, only to find out that it wasn't working but then would have to be hauled away before closing (she added that in just with her experience and didn't stress us out with these details). She had plans to make sure that a radon mitigator was going to be covered if the radon test would come back needing one. She LOOKS OUT for her clients and makes sure that the issues are covered and you didn't even realize. She's honest about being fair and knowing when and what to negotiate. And of course, her absolutely bubbly personality makes for such ease in interacting with her. If you don't have an experienced realtor, USE HER. She's honestly the best.This second property that we are recently purchasing made it obvious to work with her. She's the person you bring for the honest input and for her experience. This property that we are purchasing has an anchors in the wall. She discussed what that entails in the future- because of her EXPERIENCE with all different properties. The part that is priceless is that she's honest and dedicated to her clients- but can bring that honesty in the nicest way possible (even if you don't really like that information). Her connections also have ensured that we work with the right people that will get us covered when we need it most. Due to her wide network, she has helped us with securing the right services for all the properties- and everyone knows that the right service person is gold when having a new property. She's honestly the best and appreciate this gal and her team. And yes, that team behind her knows when and where to look for the right information.
