ZillowVERIFIED Justin consistently went above and beyond, always offered help and additional contacts for handymen, plumbers, pest control, etc. He answered my questions whenever asked and always had informative professional answers. There was never a moment where I felt that Justin wasn't on my side, and I always felt his support 100%. I purchased my house with him in 2019 and he was the only person I wanted to help me turn around and sell the house this year. He was always positive, believed in what it was worth and saw and appreciated all of the hard work I put in fixing it up. You can trust him to have your back, your best interest, and have the knowledge to take on any real estate challenge! Thank you Justin!

ZillowVERIFIED Misleading to say the least, which resulted in a gross misuse of my time. He was fully aware Id have to travel thirty minutes to meet him for a viewing and failed to mention a requirement to enter into a contract (essentially) with him or otherwise NOT be able to view the property. Upon arrival, he presents the forms with some portions filled, explaining they are required to detail how he gets paid due to a past lawsuit, then told me he could NOT show me the property without the documents being signed.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for the Best realtor in the Greater Omaha/Council Bluffs area look no further. Justin was very responsive and was willing to answer all of my questions no matter the day. Justin also has great resources for getting a home loan, moving help, and everything you could ever need when transitioning places. When we were looking at properties, he didn't just stand back and watch and he wasn't overbearing he walked with and pointed out things that we may have overlooked. I always felt that he had my best interest in the forefront of his mind. He was quick to let us know how things were proceeding and if there were any hiccups. We did have one hiccup that pushed closing back a week, but Justin was quick to let us know and he even helped get everything worked out so that we could move into our Forever Home. I have passed his name around and will continue to do so. We honestly would have been lost without him and his expertise in the Real Estate market. So if you want the BEST REALTOR around look further than JUSTIN WILLIAMS you won't be sorry.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I put in a Zillow inquiry to tour a house and got paired with Billy by happenstance. Within 2 hours of meeting him, we decided to cut communication with other realtors we had been in contact with (including ones referred to us by family). Billy is beyond knowledagble. From knowing intricate details about the buying process and real estate to his forward thinking in laying out showings in an order that was cohesive and smooth, Billy covered all bases. Billy is not pushy, he is not your typical salesman. He made the buying process fun, exciting, and memorable in all the best ways. Billy is quick with response, accurate in what he tells you, and one hell of a realtor. I would recommend Billy to anybody who wants a good real estate experience.
