ZillowVERIFIEDI am fairly educated on this phenomenon we call real estate, as my occupation lies within the realms of industry. However, the extent of my knowledge was truly realized after the initial conversation with Brett. Little did I know, how little I did know. Buying my first home had been on my mind for quite some time, but I was not certain about where to start, or even how for that matter. A phone call with this dude changed the entire dynamic of my thought process, any hesitation I had quickly vanished. Brett was simply fantastic, to say the least, and my comprehension about the overall procedure went from 0 to 60 in no time. He armed me with the insight and confidence I truly needed in order to proceed with my fantasy of owning a home. And so we began - All he needed was a few simple parameters to work with and he was off, relentlessly searching for a property that met my criteria. Communication was top notch and he was consistently on the ball, guiding me every step of the way. I soon realized that the most complex decision making process of my life quickly became one of the easiest. I attribute that statement entirely due to the fact that Brett was my real estate agent. This individual just has a way of explaining things and putting it in perspective in a way rarely seen by myself from anyone.Probably the most comforting thing about this ordeal is that he was entirely in it for me, not himself or anyone else. If you wanted to look at 100 houses I can guarantee you he'd be cool with it, because it's not about him. He does it for me, or you, or anyone else lucky enough to have him. Go for it.P.S. I am writing this review in my dream home, which I completely blame Brett for putting me in.
